MARKETING AND RECRUITING COORDINATOR
The Marketing and Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of direct marketing and retention activities, so as to retain staff and to maintain and develop sales of Divine Family Home care to major Health Care Facilities, Corporations and targeted clients, in accordance with agreed company goals.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate and motivate via written media
Ability to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance
Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
Previous management experience
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to handle a fast paced challenging environment
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Basic computer skills

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)
A Certified Nursing Assistant is an auxiliary health care worker who provides patient care related services. Allowable individual state statutes determine the location of these services, in a client’s home.
Performs only personal care activities designated in a written assignment or as instructed by a health professional, employee for a specific patient. These may include, but are not limited to:

Maintains ethical conduct.

Assists with personal hygiene, shampooing hair, shaving, dressing, eating, and ambulation.

Answers all clients’ request and provides assistance as requested by clients.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to relate well to others.

Successful completion of an approved C.N.A program.

Must be able to read, write and speak in a manner to meet the requirement of the position including writing simple reports.

Must have a telephone.

Must have reliable means of transportation.

Must have evidence of good health and provide proof of TB screening within the year proceeding employment and annually thereafter. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

Must perform temperature (auxiliary, oral, and rectal), pulse, blood pressure and respiration with minimal assistance.

Current CPR preferred.
